Inserted in the new masterplan of Madan Park of Science Campus the program called for the design of two buildings located in two adjoining plots. One building should accommodate the  Madan Park management and staff offices, the other building, the firm incubator building, should provide space for start-up companies.

The program analysis stated clearly that it should be privileged, as a fundamental element of designing, the interrelationship between the different program spaces of the two buildings. Therefore, the principle that the design of the management building should be just by itself a strong condition, and that this one should generate the incubation building, became a project ideal. The Management building then occupies the space resulting from the fusion of the two plots, establishing itself through an ascendant sequence of platforms, defining a classical geometric spiral structure.  This operation allows the management building to configure the totality of the plots, leaving a spatial void prepared to receive the incubation building.

The firm incubator building establishes itself by absence, occupying the vacant space generated by the configuration of the management building.

The overall construction appears as a flexible structure suitable for a program that tends to be flexible by nature.
